Editor The Buffalo Bills are currently without a head coach after firing Dick Jauron and the perfect man for the job is former Bills player and current coach of the year in the UFL, Jim Haslett.
This year, Haslett joined the new United Football League, a debutant football league, in October and led the Florida Tuskers to a 6-0 record in their first season. Though Haslett’s team was upset in the UFL Championship game, the first of its kind, by the Las Vegas Locomotives 20-17 in overtime, his knowledge of the Bills and experience coaching in the NFL would be a great addition to the 3-6 Bills.

Editor When the Tennessee Titans were 0-3 to start the NFL season, many pundits were shocked and asked head coach Jeff Fisher to make a quarterback switch from the older Kerry Collins to the franchise player Vince Young. The coach did not think it was necessary to push panic button for a team that made the postseason the year before.
Now Fisher says Young is a different person compared to the quarterback he benched last season with the team currently riding a three-game winning streak.

Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers look to revive season on Thursday nightSubmitted by admin on November 12, 2009 - 11:24am |
As NFL Network kicks off their coverage of NFL games on Thursday night, two teams will be on display that desperately need to get back to winning.
The Chicago Bears started this season with high hopes after adding quarterback Jay Cutler to the team via trade, but so far, a 4-4 record wasn’t exactly what the Bears were expecting. For a long time, the talk in Chicago had been that the team was only a franchise quarterback away from getting back to the Super Bowl and winning, but that has not proven to be true.

Contributor If you were one of the numerous people that were skeptical about the Nashville Police report that former quarterback Steve McNair was shot by his girlfriend Sahel Kazemi, then she shot herself, well welcome to a group of growing individuals that also includes chief investigative correspondent Armen Keteyian of CBS.
That story looked more like a Hollywood horror movie than anything else, plus it did not make sense why Kazemi would do that; end his life and hers as well.

Editor Before anyone attempts to criticize running back Maurice Jones-Drew for his criticism and harsh comments to his team the Jacksonville Jaguars and their lack of offensive identity, you need to ask yourself the question why shouldn’t he?
With a disastrous 41-0 loss to Seattle on the road, Jones-Drew’s teammates knew he would lash out at the team for the poor play-calling as well as the shuffling of offensive linemen.
It was more than a humbling result and if a player like Jones-Drew cannot rip into his team for a poor performance, then who is allowed to, reporters and fans?

Editor The Cincinnati Bengals’ 4-1 record this season holds pole position in the tough AFC North, which also includes the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers, but it also shows a newly built character and trait never exhibited before now.
A shocker to say the least, head coach Marvin Lewis looked like he was existing stage left when his team lost the season opener, at home, to the Denver Broncos. A poor and low scoring game, every Bengal watched as Broncos wide receiver Brandon Stokley turned a play from nothing into something that had never been done before in the NFL.
