LaDainian Tomlinson Still has Value in Limited RoleSubmitted by admin on March 3, 2010 - 12:07pm |
Well…they did it. We all expected it and they did it. The San Diego Chargers released 30-year-old running back LaDainian Tomlinson last Tuesday.
The man who kept the electricity in the Chargers offense for the past eight years will be looking for a new home over the course of the next few weeks but he shouldn’t have to look too hard. There are a plethora of teams that should be willing to glance in L.T.’s direction for next season.

Cincinnati Bengals' Larry Johnson will prove he is still one of the best running backs in the leagueSubmitted by admin on November 19, 2009 - 11:13am |
Larry Johnson used to be associated with LaDainian Tomlinson and Frank Gore. Fantasy owners watered at the mouth when Johnson was available. In 2006 and 2007 Johnson had over 1,700 yards and 17 touchdowns.
Now?
Johnson is on his way to being the fourth running back on Cincinnati’s depth chart after leaving Kansas City with a career low of 2.9 yards per carry. And this is just one more reason why the Bengals are committed to destroying anything good they get their hands on.

Editor Though the Oakland Raiders lost to the San Diego Chargers, quarterback JaMarcus Russell seems to think he did a good job and honestly looking at the Raiders at the moment, he certainly did.
Though he did not complete a touchdown pass and only threw one interception and also one fumble, Russell passed for 109 yards.
The major problem with the Raiders is not Russell, it’s the structure of the team.
