Va'Shaundya O'Neal filed for legal separation with intent to divorce Monday in Los Angeles citing irreconcilable differences. Va'Shaundya and Shaq had been married for six years and 11 months.

She is seeking full custody of their four children and spousal support, although monetary amounts were not listed in the court filings.

The Colorado Rockies have not been helped much by their Bullpen lately and with a surplus of decent players, they be sending some guys off. the team recently traded for a reliever when they sent Jeff Baker to the Cubs system. But they also have Garrett Atkins, Ryan Spilborghs and Ian Stewart who have been classified as guys who can't play every inning. Spilborghs will probably be kept on becuse of his talent in the area of comic relief. The Rocks' are also not too willing to send out Stewart because, although he has made some big mistakes on defense, he can hit and field pretty well.

Alabama defensive back Rashad Johnson was visiting the Denver Broncos on Wednesday. The Broncos will most likely be spending several draft picks to help out their defense which was one the worst in the NFL last season. Johnson originally was a walk on at Alabama but eventually became a very impressive and notable name on the defensive of Alabama.

It looks like Chad Ocho Cinco, formerly known as Chad Johnson, may be headed to the NFC East. The team that appears to be interested in getting the receivers services is the Philadelphia Eagles. Sources close to the situation say that the Eagles are trying to pick up Johnson. Everyone in Cincinnati seems to think that Ocho Cinco is on the market except for the owner of the Bengals. Look for Chad Ocho Cinco to be moved to a different team when this is all said and done.

According to sources, Samari Rolle is in New York visiting with the New York Jets. Rolle was just released by the Baltimore Ravens earlier this week. Former Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan is now the Jets head coach and really likes Rolle, so it is possible that he could be another ex-Raven joining the Jets. Other teams that are possibly in the mix include the Tennessee Titans. Samari began his career there and could be headed back.

Since the NCAA Tournament is in full swing, I might as well share some of my brilliant picks with you. To start off I will jump right to the end and tell you that I am picking Wake Forest, UNC, Memphis, and Pittsburgh to be in the Final Four. I have Wake Forest and Pitt to play for the title and Pitt to win it all, 65-58. I picked this way because I obviously have inside information. Some of my upsets are for VCU to beat UCLA and for Utah St. to make it to the Sweet Sixteen. I also pick Syracuse to take down Blake Griffin, I mean Oklahoma.

The soap opera continues out of Denver, this time with the latest twist and turn coming from Jay Cutler. Cutler has reportedly placed his 2 million dollar house up for sale on Thursday. This comes after an alleged conference call with new Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels and owner Pat Bowlen earlier this week. That conference call reportedly turned this situation from bad to worse and apparently Cutler still feels he will be traded by the upcoming NFL draft. Now that Cutler has his house for sale, maybe he is already preparing to pack up and leave town. Stay tuned as this saga continues.

Some people seemed to notice the ice in the air between Shaquille O'Neal and Dwayne Wade when the Phoenix Suns and the Miami Heat recently played each other. Wade and Shaq seemed to give each other a barley friendly exchange before the game started. Apparently, this didn't surprise some of their close friends with one of them saying that last year Shaq sent out e-mails with a picture of Dwayne Wade's head attached to a woman's body. Maybe Wade should send out some e-mails with pictures of Shaq as Kazaam, no Photoshop needed.

At some point, Jay Cutler and Josh McDaniels will have to meet. That point has not come yet and it remains unclear when it will. Cutler was supposed to meet with Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen this past weekend and then with Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels soon after. It is unknown whether Cutler has met with either of the two. What is known is that Cutler must be present at 90% of the Broncos offseason workout program which started this week in order to receive his 100,000 dollar bonus.
